Operation: GoodJobs 3.0 was designed to assist San Diego County Military Veterans with job training and placement services. In addition to getting Veterans jobs, Goodwill helps with the successful transition from military to civilian life through individualized plans that encompass the individuals goals, family goals and long-term financial stability.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Program participants must be a veteran of the United States Military. Participants must also be able to meet the essential functions of the program/job with or without reasonable accommodations and work in the United States legally (proof of citizenship or immigration status required).
EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IS PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
- Career assessment
- Individualized development plan
- Assistance with basic needs (nutrition and shelter)
- Job training
- Family support and job placement assistance
