All services provided through our Community Employment Centers are FREE OF CHARGE! All we ask is that you are 18 years of age or older, legally able to work in the United States, and are serious about finding a job. At Goodwill’s Community Employment Centers, we work for you!
JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE
Our Community Employment Centers are equipped with computers, phones, and job lead boards that can help you find and apply to jobs you are interested in. Community Employment Center Career Advisors are also available to assist you one-on-one through the entire job search process.

FREE WORKSHOPS
Improve your skills for the workplace! Attend our FREE workshops at any Goodwill Community Employment Center.
PAID TRAINING PROGRAM
Our Paid Training Program is designed to train and prepare you for the workforce. It is a three month, structured, hands on training program in Retail and Donations.
JOB READINESS PROGRAM
The 2 week Job Readiness Program* will teach you how to:
- Create a winning résumé
- Communicate effectively
- Interview with confidence
- Follow up with employers after an interview or hiring event
- Find the right job for you
- Job search like a pro and get noticed
Completion of Goodwill’s Job Readiness Program demonstrates to potential employers your commitment to posses the following soft skills: Reliability, Commitment, Initiative.
*Job Readiness graduates receive a Certificate of Completion from Goodwill.
