DIY Jewelry Organizer
Get organized! Create a chic and inexpensive upcycled jewelry organizer in less than 30 minutes plus drying time. I found this wooden shelf and had a lot of fun converting it into an organizer. Now, I will be able to find all of my jewelry in one spot making it so easy to accessorize.
Step 1:
Find something at Goodwill that inspires you!
You will need:
- Paint
- Paint Brush
- Hooks
- Heavy Duty Mounting Tape Roll
- Painter’s tape
- Super Glue
- Scissors
Step 2:
Apply painters tape in the areas you want to be protected and not painted.
Once you have used the painter’s tape to create a design, paint the shelf with your accent color.
Step 3:
Paint the hooks, cork and any other item you would like to use.
Let everything dry overnight.
Step 4:
Super glue the cork and press the hooks in the boxes.
We found doorknobs and added them to the frame with mounting tape.
We hope you visit Goodwill and find a cool item to upcycle! We would love to see what you create.
